The funniest lawsuit you will ever read

Lawsuits aren’t usually things to joke about, but Matthew Inman (creator of The Oatmeal) is taking his legal dispute with FunnyJunk a little too jokingly.  Charles Carreon, the attorney of the latter, threatened to sue Inman if he didn’t pay $20,000 in ‘damages’ and remove any reference to FunnyJunk on his popular comic site. If you didn't already know, the references aren't pretty.

Inman, being the funny character that he is, replied by saying that he would raise $20,000 for charity and send Carreon a picture of it.  If that’s not taking the mickey, perhaps his next step will, as he will also send a cartoon of Carreon's mother having sex with a bear.

Carreon attempted to delay the funds from transferring to Inman but soon dropped that lawsuit and said, “mission accomplished”.  Inman still has his money (a jaw-dropping $211,000) withdrawn from the bank in a duffel bag and he will still send Carreon a photo of it along with the cartoon.  Check out the images below:
